The Benefits Of Green Tea

Can I get the same benefits of Green Tea if I mix the Tea Bag in cold water?
I work at the airport so no liquids coming through security and I am not paying for green tea every day I work.
So if I have my green tea packet and drink it with cold water, will it have the same health benefits as if I were to drink it with hot water?

I’m sorry to say no. One of the Benefits Of Green Tea is that it is served warm, which facilitates digestion and dissolves fat in the stomach. One of the reasons Asians are thin is because they have green tea with most meals. It increases metabolism, aids digestion, and reduces appetite.
Some of the anti-oxidants will still get into The Tea if you brew it cold, but of course you can dissolve more into warm water than cold. If it can’t be hot, at least let it warm up to room temperature before drinking it. Many restaruants will give you hot water for free though, especially if you have your own mug.
