Can I put Tea Bags in Tea Ball?

I know this sounds like a dumb question, but I have a lot Of Tea bags, and a cool container for Loose Tea, so can I cut open the bags and use it as loose tea? Or is The Tea in tea bags too fine to use in a tea ball, like it would escape? If that makes any sense please help! Thanks

Whats the point..lol. But I guess it is always fun to use a new item. It might be too fine, but that all depends on the brand of tea that you have in the bags. The best thing to do is try it.
