Which quality teas have the least amount of fluoride and aluminum?
I drink tazo Green Tea & lipton Black Tea, but am concerned about the levels of fluoride and aluminum. I drink spring water to try and balance it out, but am consuming more and more tea every year, so am looking for the teas with marginal toxins…thanks
Bigelow Orange and Spice Tea seems pretty safe
