How do I make Green Tea taste better without making it UN-Healthier?!?
Green Tea is supposed to help you lose weight and I’d really like that! (No I’m not fat just un-happy with my appearance) The only problem is that it tastes like ICK in plain words! How can I IMPROVE the taste without changing the calories by more than like 5? And if that’s not possible is there another alternative that tastes better and works JUST as well!? PLZ HELP ME!!
Just to let you know, Green Tea is the one with all the benefits, not Black Tea. A lot of the antioxidants are processed away in black tea. Just add a little honey, and try to put up with it. It will taste better eventually…
