Oolong Tea Flavor / Wu-Long bad …?
I've never been a fan Of Tea, but when I heard the plan of Oolong Tea, I thought I would try. It was very effective, I lost 6 kilos in a week. I tried everything, milk, lemon, honey, vanilla, etc. and I still hate him. I guess it's a two-part question: 1. Does anyone have a recipe for oolong, without adding a pound of sugar? or 2. ¿I can eat instead of tea or take in pill form to avoid the horrible taste bitter?
Green Tea works good for weight loss as well. I have read studies that said it is more efficient than oolong tea. Adding Honey is definitely more healthier than white sugar … I think it tastes better. When I started drinking tea I tried with the doctor too … and it was very dirty. I mean, make me throw up nasty. So I tried it RIGHT …. and is one of hundreds of millions more! So .. try alone or leave the Tea Bag Sitting for a little less time to make it smaller. * I took the pills and green tea, and the like as well …

How do you lose weight by Drinking Green Tea and Oolong Tea?
I’ve been trying to cleanse my insides lately and someone told my The Tea I’m drinking is helping me lose weight. I know that in Green tea, it contains something so fasten your metabolism but how does it work? How do I get a better intake of this mineral/vitamin?

Enjoying Tea
How tea a day to be certified as "tea drinker."?
BQ: tea or unsweetened? From the incident of the raw coffee too sweet syruppy last week, I prefer to enjoy tea or coffee without sugar. (Decaffeinated coffee now during Lent.)
