why arent i loosing weight?

so for the past week i have been eating only once a day around 5pm.
i only eat chicken with bbq sauce. i’ve been sticking to this very strictly but the only problem is that i’ll consume drinks that have high calories. for example:

yesterday: grilled chicken w/ bbq sauce, 2 small coffee coolatas w/ skim milk and no sugar, and then a medium Chai Tea with skim milk no sugar.
today: grilled chicken w/ bbq sauce, 1 coffee coolata w/ skim milk and no sugar, and then a small chai tea with skim milk.

i know my problem is the coffee and tea’s its just that when i stopped smoking i turned to them as a fall back so it’s like im addicted and i don’t know how to stop. like when im drinking them i know what im doing is wrong and how upset im going to be later, but i just dont stop.
incase it matters im sixteen, a girl, 125-130pds depending on the time of day, and 5′4.
i want to get down to 105 or 110.
if not eating makes me gain weight, then why are almost all anorexics skinny?

only eating once a day is part of your problem. Your body thinks you are starving and is saving every calorie. You need to eat small amounts throughout the day — and eating will help you break with your teas and coffees.

If I go to water, Green Tea, vitamin and fast for 17 days and 2-3 hours of exercise, I lose weight?

I do not care if your weight water or anything, because later I will start losing weight the right way. I just want to know if I will lose weight if I do that. I know this is not the healthiest way and I would not have waited until the last moment, but you just have to let drop a few pounds quickly. Please be honest. =)

oh, I used to be like you! :) I have always been sober, and I want to lose weight .. but once I ate normal and healthy, the weight came back fast and not only gain the weight back, but I won more. To answer your question, yes .. you will lose weight. probably a lot. but I'm pretty sure everything will be back in less than two months. if you want I think it does the traditional / healthy: healthy eating with an hour of exercise a day.
