Best Green Tea For Weight Loss
“Green Tea Triple Fat Burner” pills? Do they work? Do they pose health risks?
My best friend from childhood (21) was about 40 lbs overweight. She said fad diets weren’t for her, so she never tried any of them nor diet pills/meds. She said she read about these pills for weight loss called “green tea triple fat burner” and was finally able to lose 30 of the 40lbs she had been trying to lose, but couldn’t successfully lose in the past with restricting caloric/fat/sugar intake, as well as increased exercise and a healthier diet.
Do they pose health risks? Anything I have (by chance) heard about them has stated no…but, perhaps I’m not looking in the right places.
Also, have you, or anyone you know, tried them? Did they work?
I want to lose 13lbs.

Cooking with Maccha (Japanese Green Tea Powder). All recipes are available?
I'm looking for recipes to use Maccha (sometimes spelled appears as matcha) Japanese Green Tea powder for cooking or other uses. Does anyone have good recipes and tips website to do?
I love Japanese food, but I'm not really one of ocha (green tea). My friend, Mariko, who loves, and says that it is released great recipie. He found a dedicated site or something. Matcha Muffins Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 / 2 cup tea 2 teaspoons baking soda milk tea powder Matcha Green Tea 1 / 2 1 stick of butter, softened 2 eggs Directions: Sift flour, baking soda and matcha in a bowl. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat butter until smooth. Add sugar to butter and beat again. Add the beaten eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients and milk mixture. Stirring until the dry mixture wet. Batter will be lumpy. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each cup 1 / 2 to 2 / 3 full. Bake at 175 ° oven 25 to 30 minutes. Remove the oven. Cool completely on wire rack.
