What are the benefits of honey for sugar?
I was making Tea From fresh ginger and Sweeting with organic sugar. I recently decided to purchase some locally made honey to sweeten it instead. I know that honey is rich in calories, but I felt that it is healthier than sugar. I right? I know that honey is an antiseptic, but what are the real health benefits? Did I make the right decision to go? Honey is much more expensive than sugar.
Honey is better for weight control.

Where I can get a decent full English breakfast in Osaka?
Really looking for a spoon of fat in Osaka - which is a long shot I'm talking about bacon, fried eggs, sausage, beans, toast, black pudding cup of decent health!
