I'm looking for recipes to use Maccha (sometimes spelled appears as matcha) Japanese Green Tea powder for cooking or other uses. Does anyone have good recipes and tips website to do?
I love Japanese food, but I'm not really one of ocha (green tea). My friend, Mariko, who loves, and says that it is released great recipie. He found a dedicated site or something.
