Is this normal? I make about 500 or 400 a day .. I feel great pain, but continue anyway .. It hurts soo bad laugh or breathe deeply … standing .. lean back .. hmm. haha a bit of an obsession:) do not take into account the calories will make people think your crazy. just watch what you eat is necessary or not tell.
