rooibos organic tea
Ok – let’s get a verdict in: does drinking tea act as well as water to hydrate/plump up the body & skin?

I’ve read that, because green, white & rooibos teas are packed with anti-oxidants, they are even better than water because you’re getting your liquid to detoxify and also to nourish because of the nutrients. (I’m talking about Organic Tea jsut steeped in water – no sugar, creams, etc.)

On the other hand, when I Drink Tea–any tea–I DO feel dehydrated. So what’s the deal here?

In the winter if I only drank healthy teas wwould I be missing out on the water I’d need to be drinking? Is it better to mix it up?

Also, the other concern I have about drinking water straight is that, I don’t like drinking bottled water, and I wonder just how clan pure water is because of all the chemicles out there now ….

So would boiling water and having it with tea be better after all?

Thanks!

tea is basically water. the easiest way to rehydrate is to drink water. having said that, tea is pretty good.
