Ok, I have a couple “opinion” questions….?
I picked up Yerba Mate’ tea by Mate’ Factor (organic, original fresh green) tea. Anyone anything about this tea? Was it worth buying…is it any good and are there any actual health benefits from it?
I also picked up unsweetened almond milk. I tasted it, it’s not bad but does anyone know any uses for it other than drinking it from the container or putting in cereal?

about the almond milk, you can substitute any dish that calls for milk with the almond milk.
