Can anyone see my answer to "removal of Caffeine from Tea Leaves" question …?

Question here: Why extraction efficiency more when three extractions of 15 ml of dichloromethane was used instead of one extraction using 45 ml of dichloromethane? My response is mainly due to the distribution of coefficients. If the compound per ml of solvent / organic compound by the equation ml of water and used the coefficient is less than 10, as required multiple extractions. Is this correct? Otherwise, could someone please tell me where I am wrong with my answer? Many thanks and have a nice day!

You're absolutely right. Coefficient distribution? More correct partition coefficient, but his theory is spot on. Well done!
