is it safe to keep a tea sachet filled with Loose Tea in your cup while drinking?

I just bought loose Tea From Davids Tea and I also bought Tea Sachets
I have never used loose tea before, only Tea Bags and I never throw my Tea Bag out because I like the flavor.

its safe. but a lot of people say that leaving the tea in the water too long affects the flavor. it makes it turn bitter compared to the true flavor of the tea. but yes it’s safe.
