I love Chai Tea lattes at gloria jeans coffee shop. So i got the oregon chai sugar-free concetrate. Could i make chai latte with it? And could i use a hand blender to foam the milk up aswell? Any answers would be greatfully appreciated!

I believe you can buy their mix for Chai Latte, as you can their coffees.
The instructions will be on the packet.
Steam foaming is preferable and generally cannot be well preplicated using other methods, but give it a go, it might be quite good.
