Is ladyfingers capable of retarding, arresting and curing the deadly disease diabetes?
Okra (pronounced US: /ˈoʊkrə/, UK: /ˈɒkrə/) is a flowering plant in the mallow family (along with such species as cotton, cocoa, and hibiscus), valued for its edible green fruits, which are also called okra, lady’s fingers, or gumbo. Okra’s scientific name is Abelmoschus esculentus; it is occasionally referred to as Hibiscus esculentus L.

Take two pieces of Lady Finger (Bhindi) and remove/cut both ends of each piece. Also put a small cut in the middle and put these two pieces in a glass of water. Early morning, before breakfast simply remove two pieces of lady Finger (Bhindi) from the glass and drink that water.
