Once you’ve steeped Green Tea once, how long can you let the leaves sit before they’re not fresh anymore?
I just steeped 2 pots of gyokuro (which you can steep multiple times) but it’s about time for bed and I shouldn’t drink another one. would it be alright to use the same leaves for the 3rd steeping tomorrow or would the leaves not be as good by then (this is really good stuff, but it’s expensive as hell so I want to get the most out of every leaf)
No, use fresh ones.
