Does The Green Tea Diet work effectively for losing lbs and decreasing appetite, etc? ?
If so, then which green tea diet specifically? I don’t understand why I’m putting weight on even after exercising and trying to eat better over the past two weeks? Any suggestions? Any foods that are proven to burn calories or fat? Thanks!
Green tea is good. It’ll help increase your metabolism. Doing 30 minutes exercise and Drinking Green Tea can help a lot.
