Green Tea, weight loss?

I am drinking a lot of LIPTON citrus green tea. Though i am not overweight. i am seeking to lose weight. is it true that Drinking Green Tea can help you loose weight. Please advise and thanks in advance

Green Tea is great for speeding up your metabolism which in turn helps with burning fat. If your eating all the good foods such as green leafy vegies and fruit salads proteins such as lean chicken, fish and an egg for brekie is great too. Then i have now doubt you will losse weight, unfotunately however this should be a permant liftestyle fixture and not a short term “diet” plan. And Green Tea alone will not have near the benefits of a good healthy eating lifestyle! Opps forget to mention that you need to exercise regularly also! :) Good luck!
