how much Caffeine in Gold Peak Tea?
I cant seem to find it anywhere, but wanted to know if anyone knew how much caffeine was in Gold Peak Ice Tea (lemon flavor)
I know what to stay away from and what I can have thank you.. that is not what i asked now is it.. and not all tea has more caffeine tan coffee!.. It depends on how strong it is made.. just like coffee. I suffer from bad headaches and i drink caffeine to help them (my dr is aware of this and i know the proper amount I can have) I just want to know how much is in this tea before i go drinking it.. so if you cant answer the question. dont respond..
thank you mom of 4-to-be, I found the number and called. The Tea is a 16.9 bottle and has 12 mg per 8ozs..
FYI that is MUCH less than coffee 
There should be a number to call on the package where you can ask them questions about the product. They should be able to tell you if you contact them. I’d make sure to mention that it’s related to pregnancy.
