wanted to know, is genmaicha (Green Tea) good for pregnancy? for sick or soemthing like that?
just wanted to know about genmaicha green tea. is they good for my pregnancy? cuz im sick and vomited and had dirreha.. please answer my question. thanks!
There is caffine in it, which isn’t good – just have it in moderation. If you’re sick and can’t keep anything else down, have whatever you find works for you. (With me, it was 7-11 slurpies, which I normally hate)
