Drying my own borage flowers to make tea?

I have a borage plant so I can make my own tea. Borage tea is very difficult to get in Australia. The fact is that I'm just a little afraid of myself dry. I do not want to overdose on. Dry their own borage flowers to make tea? if so, how do you do and how I can use for a cup Of Tea?
