Fairtrade Tea

Did I eat enough today and was it fairly healthy?
just came off my diet and lost 22 pounds
so i still wanna keep healthy! i even feel really guilty of even having chocolate.. or anything bad
breakfast – porridge with banana
lunch – jam (sugar free fairtrade – i have jam now and then) sandwhich (brown bread)
snack – apple
dinner – rice, chicken, green beans, red pepper
im thinking that i may have some Green Tea or a yogurt?
You probably need some more veggies, you’re supposed to have at least 3 servings a day.
Your lunch wasn’t very big either.
Not sure how many calories that is, but 1200 is probably the minimum amount that you should have.
As long as you exercise, 1200 calories should help you stay pretty consistent. That’s what I’ve been at the past year and I’ve stayed between 125-130 lbs. (I’m 5′3″, just in case that seems really light). I also lost 25 lbs doing that.
