Is drinking Green Tea to take inches from your waist?
If you started drinking green tea after a few weeks I really lose inches in my waist to drink. I know it's good for you, but is it really help you lose inches? How many cups a day should I take?

How the magic of green tea is not completely understood, but scientists think that accelerates the rate at which fat is broken down in the body. It can also help the body's sensitivity to insulin, reducing the risk of diabetes. The study was conducted by researchers at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University, and research centers in Florida and Japan. Another study green tea, is also featured in this issue of the Journal of Nutrition, shows that drinking large quantities of drink for many years may have a subtle influence on reducing the risk of breast cancer. The study examined nearly 7,000 women, aged 20-74 years in China. The women were evaluated for the incidence of breast cancer and the consumption of green tea. Compared with nondrinkers, women who drank green tea have a slightly lower risk of cancer breast. The benefit was greater for women who drank more green tea for longer time.
