Depends on the type of dairy product, which is sometimes used. If you use non-fat milk will no fat, but you could use whole milk or 2% or a little cream in this case, there would be a bit of fat according to their use and to what extent. Other components under normal conditions "chai" tea beverage type should not be fat unless they use an artificial (often dry) milk that not only fat, but "Bad" type of fat. When I "chai" at home I add skim milk in my Black Tea with sugar and cardamom, at least, or you could use pumpkin pie spices to add some spices or other individually.
