If I drink 10 glasses of Caffeine free Green Tea, is that equivalent to drinking my 8 glasses of water/day?
It is decaf Salada Green Tea with red/blue/purple antioxidants – depends on my mood!
8 glasses Of Tea has 8 glasses of water in them,
But The Tea also has oxylates which can cause kidney stones
after years of drinking the stuff.
