Why am i not losing the weight?

so for the past 3 weeks i’ve been on a low carb diet
the 1st week i lost 7 pounds eating protein
the second week i only lost 3 pounds but i was on my period so it was expected
now on my third week i haven’t lost anything i’ve done everything right and even started walking and working out my arms
wats happening and how come i’m not losing anything
i drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep
i’m on a 10 carb a day only the rest is al protein
i’ve instead begun to gain weigt the foods i eat are:
chicken breast, tuna, more chicken, whey protein shakes, organic Green Tea, i drink tons of water,i also eat egg whites,
i do about 30-45 minutes of cardio
i dont want to bulk up i just wanna get toned and in shape

My guess is that at first you lost weight because you were changing it up. You’re not going to lose anything doing the same thing over and over agian. After a while, your body gets used to what youre doing and it realizes how much you’re eating and what excersises you’re doing so its burning less. You have to change it up a bit, especially you’re diet. Dont eat the same things wevery day.
