Brooke Bond Tea
Information about Assam tea, please? Looking for new tea to try, please?
Please tell me if you like it…..and how you like to use it ….
If you can sugggest another tea to try, I would be happy to hear …..not herb teas, but the ‘tea’ teas, thank you…oh, and the brand you like best, like Twinings, or Fortnum & Mason, etc….
(I already know well: Darjeeling, Earl Grey, Orange Pekoe, Ceylon, English Breakfast, Jasmine, China Black …and the teas in boxes like Lipton, Brooke Bond )
P.S. Please don’t forget about Assam tea ….I really want to know about it!!!
I am a former chef and have answered a number of your other questions, I like Assam it is a lighter high mountian tea, mostly all hand picked, it is a great afternoon drink.
I would try the Twinnings brand, I worked in several hotels were we had “High Tea” in the afternoon, it is nice in bags or loose, that is your choice, Loose Tea is much more headier, but bags still use a quality tea, even if you happen to get into an Indian grocery anyone of the Brooke Bond yellow or blue label Loose Teas are of the Assam variety.
