who rolls Tea Leaves?
Black Tea always comes rolled quite tightly and then as it’s steeped, the leaves unroll. i’m just wondering if they curl up naturally when dried or if someone rolls them during processing?
Most of the expensive ones are hand rolled. It is an ancient oriental art Of Tea rolling. (NO kidding)
