Hiya! Congratulations on your 2nd wedding :) It’s nice to see people doing this…

Anyway, I think you’ve got a classic assortment of food, but I think there are ways that you can dress it up. Have you considered actually making some H’ors deurves yourself or with a friend? You can spend an afternoon making fantastic finger foods that aren’t difficult/expensive to make. Chicken skewers, for example, are fantastic. Just buy boneless chicken breast and throw them in the oven with honey/mustard and other spices. Stuffed tomatoes are another good choice. A nice cheese platter made by you would also be a nice touch. You can do bacon wrapped sausages on toothpicks. If you’re going to have chips, make a dip yourself! You can make Sangria or Bloody Mary’s along with the other drinks you mentioned to spice things up. Instead of normal tea, buy Loose Leaf Tea (different flavors) and buy little metal tea colanders so guests can scoop up tea in and put it into hot water.

My suggestion would be to look through food.yahoo.com, www.foodnetwork.com or buy a cookbook with great party recipe’s. Paula Deen and Sandra Lee have fantastic, easy recipes. You can find their books at any store that sells books.
